Last night, Kerry Washington attended a party for the Entertainment Weekly & ABC-TV Upfronts Party at The General in New York City.  For the swanky evening, she wore a Marc Jacobs dress with a Lanvin clutch and black heels. And she rocked it as usual.

Kerry posed with co-star and fan favorite Guillermo Diaz.  Huck!

On the black carpet, Kerry and Guillermo were joined by the rest of their all-star cast including Jeff Perry, Katie Lowes, Bellamy Young, Melissa Mattiace, Jess Cagle, Darby Stanchfield and Joshua Malina.

And later, Kerry shared a few laughs with Modern Family's Jesse Tyler Ferguson. 

Can this chick do any wrong?

Celebs are in Las Vegas tonight for the 2013 Billboard Music Awards.  And we've got the fab YBF folks who are taking on the red (blue) carpet.  Pics and live stream inside...

Before the big show hosted by comedian Tracy Morgan, celebs made their fabulous arrivals at the Las Vegas MGM Grand Garden Arena live from Las Vegas.

Hottie Kelly Rowland was a stunner in silver in her Rami Al Ali gown with a front slit.  This dress just screamed YES.

New parents Wiz Khalifa, in Balmain and BOY, and Amber Rose, in Gucci and Tom Ford, hit the carpet.  Wiz dished on the carpet about how having baby Sebastian has influenced his music, saying:

"Having a baby made me have more fun. Before my son was born I was trying to figure out which direction I wanted to go. As son as he came out I said this is what I need to do. I just started to enjoy myself more with my life and my wife."
 

And the best thing about being a dad?

"When he poops. I know how good it feels when u take a poop so I just want that release for my son.

And don't worry...he and Amber always fight over who's changing the diaper she says.

Nicki Minaj ht the carpet looking hot in red.  She kept the hair in sexy curls yet not over the top.  And she kept her makeup understated.  Looks like the girl who nabbed Best Rap Artist at the top of the show is learning and growing.

Chris Brown hit the carpet before performing "Fine China" (and we'll get to THAT performance later).

Will.i.Am hit the carpet in silver sparkling loafers and burgundy pants.  No surprise there.

Shaun Robinson kept it sleek in a fab gold cocktail dress from the THEIA Fall 2012 collection.

And "ET" correspondent Rocsi Diaz rocked her little black Olcay Glusen dress perfectly with nude Louboutin pumps and a messy beach wave bob.  very cute.

Since revealing their "couple status" a few months ago, "Glee" star Naya Rivera and Big Sean are not shy about making out on the red carpet. And over the weekend, the couple did just that at the 2013 MuchMusic Video Awards at Bell Media Headquarters in Toronto, Canada last night.

And love is surely in the air for the rapper, who plans to release his Hall Of Fame disc next month.  While he tweeted his appreciation for his father on Father's Day, his boo expressed her love for him with a tweet of her own.

It looks like the upcoming album may show a more affectionate side of the rapper now that he's in love with a successful actress.

Nene Leakes, who co-stars on "Glee" with Naya, offered her beauty and fashion expertise to Donald Trump and his Miss USA 2013 Pageant Sunday night. 

Nene, who met Mr. Trump when she starred on "Celebrity Apprentice," served as a judge for the pageant.

Nene's bestie, Cynthia Bailey--who's walked numerous catwalks herself, was there with her side pony to offer her friend some support.

And probably was there to drum up a little buzz for her relationship memoir with hubby Peter Thomas,  "Carry-on Baggage: Our Nonstop Flight".

"The Voice" correspondent Christina Milian walked the red carpet in a beautiful Michael Costello black gown and accessories from Cartier and YSL.

And the outgoing Miss USA,Nana Meriwether, also appeared on the red carpet at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino for the presentation.

Serena Williams has had a major few weeks of headlines.  After winning the French Open for the second time earlier this month, folks were outraged by her comments about the Steubenville High School rape case in her latest Rolling Stone interview...

In a tight white mini dress with a front black zipper trim, Serena's fave style it seems, the fab tennis pro threw on her doll-like wiggery (which she could have kept honestly) to hit the annual pre-Wimbledon party at Kensington Roof Gardens in London.

But it was her recent comments she made to Rolling Stone about the high school boys in Steubenville, OH who were accused of raping a teen girl.  People said she was victim-blaming when she spoke up saying the victim was "lucky" (likely meaning lucky something worse didn't happen) and that girls should be taught how not to get themselves in situations like those (being drunk and not in control).

I'm not blaming the girl, but if you're a 16-year-old and you're drunk like that, your parents should teach you—don't take drinks from other people. She's 16, why was she that drunk where she doesn't remember? It could have been much worse. She's lucky. Obviously I don't know, maybe she wasn't a virgin, but she shouldn't have put herself in that position, unless they slipped her something, then that's different."

Serena's most recent statement alluded to her words being misconstrued by RS.  She said:

"What happened in Steubenville was a real shock for me. I was deeply saddened. For someone to be raped, and at only sixteen, is such a horrible tragedy! For both families involved — that of the rape victim and of the accused. I am currently reaching out to the girl's family to let her know that I am deeply sorry for what was written in the Rolling Stone article. What was written — what I supposedly said — is insensitive and hurtful, and I by no means would say or insinuate that she was at all to blame.

"I have fought all of my career for women's equality, women's equal rights, respect in their fields — anything I could do to support women I have done. My prayers and support always goes out to the rape victim. In this case, most especially, to an innocent sixteen year old child."

 

And despite all the backlash from the media and the masses, Serena stepped out with confidence last night:

She arrived ready to sign autographs for the fans and she chatted up the red carpet hosts.

And also had a bit of a spill with her clutch, but chick picked it back up and worked it out for the cameras:

The super athlete will be competing in Wimbledon's Women's Singles tournament, beginning June 24th.  Keep your head up Serena!

Kevin Hart premiered his "Let Me Explain" flim in LA last night and he brought out some of Hollywood's best and brighest from Boris Kodjoe and Regina King to Snoop Lion and Mike Epps.  See the red carpet pics inside....

For the past few days, we've watched funnyman Kevin Hart debut his film Let Me Explain to fancy audiences in Atlanta and Miami, and last night, he premiered the film during the 2013 BET Experience at Regal Cinemas L.A. Live in Los Angeles, California. 

Kevin, who talks about his divorce and dating life in the film, walked the red carpet with his girlfriendEniko.

Kevin's "RHOH" co-star Boris Kodjoe came out to support Kevin.

Regina King looked fab (and extra toned) in a red strapless gown. 

LA Clippers star Chris Paul watched the film with wife Jada.

Comedian Mike Epps put the past behind him and came out for Kevin.  Remember the nasty yet hilarious war of words they had on Twitter a few months ago? 

"No Guns Allowed" rapper Snoop Lion recently created a limited edition t-shirt as part of a anti-violence campaign.  And he was there to support Kev.

The 2013 BET Awards have come and gone.  But we've got all the red carpet fabulousness to dive into tonight.   Check out our massive red carpet fashion round up inside of YBF rocking their fave designers at the Nokia Theater.....

Let's kick this off with one of the best looking couples of the night.  Before he accepted his Humanitarian Award for his work with his Wade's World Foundation, Dwyane Wade escorted his "Beautiful Black Queen" (as he called her during his acceptance speech) Gabrielle Union down the red carpet.

The Think Like A Man Too & "Being Mary Jane" star looked fab in her curve hugging Zac Posen strapless red dress, Ruthie Davis Eastgate sandals and great makeup and hair.  The cast for Think Like A Man also walked away with an award by the end of the night.

Meagan Good said TO HELL with covering up with the usher board's prayer cloth during the gospel segment.  Because chick presented a gospel award rocking this extra deep plunging royal blue gown. 

We know her hubby DeVon Franklin liked it, but sheesh.  She looks stunning as always though.

She also hit the carpet with the show's host, Chris Tucker.

Speaking of stunning, Lauren London came out on the carpet and turned every head nearby.  Pretty all around.

Yes Nia Long in all gold everything.  She rocked a Naeem Khan sparkling dress, Jimmy Choo "Lance" shoes, and an LK Bennett clutch. Making 40-something look extra fly.

Chris Brown quickly hit the carpet with his artist Sevyn Streeter.  Sevyn kept it sexy in an all white--the IT color on the carpet Sunday night--midriff baring look and the ever popular pink Gucci Victorie sandals.

Pharrell kept it dapper in his Lanvin suit before rocking the stage a few times.

Ashanti rocked a sexy little white dress by Aiisha and nude Givenchy sandals, one similar to Brandy's look for the night.

Cutie LeToya Luckett rocked her all-white jumper and mini red YSL purse.  Gorgeous as always.

Amber Rose, who rocked Versace, and her fiance Wiz Khalifa hit the red carpet for a parents' night out.  And got all kissy-faced for the cameras too. Y'all know everybody was yelling (in their heads) 'Get a room!'...

Tamar Braxton is looking all kinds of post-baby fabulous.  She took a break from newborn Logan to hit the Awards Sunday night.  And she even walked away with the Centric Award.  Nice!

Nicki Minaj gave body in her silky black Roberto Cavalli gown with a dramatic lace overlay and major boobage shown through the cut-out.  She completed her look with John Hardy jewelry.

Before hitting the stage to perform, Ciara walked the red carpet in Lorraine Schwartz jewels, her silver Saint Laurent pumps, and a Saint Laurent combo of a leather pencil skirt and barely-there leather cop top as she posed it up with her man Future. Hot.  Simply because she has the body to pull this off.

Brandy rocked a slightly sheer cream dress by Michael Cinco for her red carpet stint and her BET after party hosting gig.

Nelly was there for the "Real Husbands of Hollywood" TURN UP TIME.  That damn Kevin Hart....

Mya popped out the D.C. woodwork to make her way to L.A. in her all white look.  No clue where this chick has been, but she's still looking gorge.  Would say she should have hopped on stage with Beenie Man during his Girls Dem Sugar sing during that extra random (yet extra turnt) reggae break...but nevermind. 

Think Like A Man Too star Regina Hall kept it classy and fabulous in her all black look by Misguided with a peek-a-boo sheer accent.  And she topped it off with sexy & revealing Jimmy Choo "Taste" shoes.

The newly single Ne-Yo helped his artist Ravaughn twirl her way onto the carpet in a Diego Dolcini dress and Barbara shoes.  She chatted up the press about her upcoming new song with Wale "Better Be Good" (that Ne-Yo wrote) and her brand new single "Best Friend".

LaLa showed off those ASSets on the carpet in a ruched soft pink dress by Lanvin and blue heels.  Chick must be on her squats game.

Big Sean was there and brought his girlfriend Naya Rivera, rocking colorful Emilio Pucci, along.

Michelle Williams helped co-host a red carpet show.  Pretty look for her (her gown is by Nicci Hou), but she still looks like she's playing dress up in mommy's closet.

Paula Patton put down the liquor bottle and/or other ish long enough to hit this carpet in a Max Azria Atelier white gown with Louboutin pumps.  Chick was on cloud nine and feeling EXTRA happy while presenting and doing interviews.  She and her hubby like some blurred lines alright....

JB Smoove of "RHOH" hit the carpet with his wife Shahidah Omar.

Bridget Kelly was a showstopper in this chartreuse Maria Lucia Hohan gown.

Elle Varner...is that a denim-like skirt?  Alrighty...

Chile...Beverly Johnson is not letting her Bad Chick title die anytime soon.  She is snatched from face to knuckle.  Work.

J.Cole was on hand to perform a few tracks off his hit album Born Sinner.  And he rocked the ever popular Versace sweater.

Melanie Fiona rocked one of our fave looks of hers ever.  A black and white Moschino dress with MUCH leg and the matching rin Dana purse all on display with platform Louboutin pumps.  Loves it.

Master P and T.I. chopped it up on the carpet.

Janelle Monae rocked a classy stark white look with a fab embellishment for her turtle neck.  Gorgeous as always.

Lil Mama has done a complete 180.  This look is perfection on her.  Maybe it's the blonde hair, or maybe it's the adult version of clothes she's actually wearing these days.  But either way, please keep it up.

Gabrielle Douglas went home with two BET Awards while rocking this Sheri Hill dress with a major train.  Not loving it on her, but it's pretty nonetheless.

French Montana looked like he was headed to wrestling practice.

We love men in suits.  Boris Kodjoe rocked his own line of custom suits, World of Alfa.  And red carpet host Tony Rock looked dapper as well.

"The Game" star Jay Ellis brought his mom along for a fab night on the carpet.

Nope, 2 Chainz wasn't wearing a sweatshirt skirt.  It was a sweatshirt tied around his shorts.  Yep...we had to check on that one.

Robert Townsend brought his daughter Skye on the carpet. 

Tatyana Ali kept it effortlessly sexy in this Lorena Sarbu dress and a stylish clutch by Lancaster.

Angela Simmons held down the BET red carpet pre-show with Bow Wow (how AWKWARD was it when Ciara came on for an interview and Bow Wow looked like he had been set up??) in this futuristic sexy look.

Estelle rocked the color of the evening--a white flowing dress with an embellished belt and mini train.  Nice.

K.Michelle went the less obvious route and rocked a pink pantsuit.  Not going to lie, we're not loving it.  But so glad she stepped outside of the box and did something different.  She also won BET's/Colgate's Best Hair Award.

Jamie Foxx, rocking a Trayvon Martin tee, took a break from his White House Down promotion schedule to have some fun at the Awards.

During the 2013 BET Awards, TheYBF.com was live on the red carpet with our L.A. correspondent Kourtney "K-Rich" Richard getting all in everybody's fashion and their personal business.

While on the red carpet, we spoke with rapper Rasheeda, who's very pregnant and dealing with some serious relationship drama with her husband and manager Kirk Frost (who was hiding in the cut until we called him out).  Though Kirk has spoken out about their drama, and we've watched it play out on "LAHH ATL", Rasheeda talk to us exclusively and gave us an update.  

"We'll just keeping it 100, I wouldn't even be here if it wasn't for the work that we do together as husband and wife.  So we have to work together to make everything work like it needs to.   We are......I'm making him work hard to get it back where it needs to.  He's really trying....."

Kirk chimed in, "I'm here supporting Rasheeda....just standing on the sideline and let her do her job.  I'm right here".

We also caught up with Lala Anthony who was fresh off the set of Think Like a Man Too. She talked to us about Kim Kardashian and her baby girl North West.

"I have not seen the baby becuase I've been in Vegas working and I haven't had a day off.  But I talk to Kim everyday and she's doing great."

And Canadian songstress Melanie Fiona stopped by and reflected on writing her hit song "I've Been That Girl" with Drake. When asked if they'd ever work together again she said, "I'd love to do a song with Drake.  I loved being able to work with him on the writing behind the scenes thing. Anything he wants to do on wax....I'm there."

Singer Luke James talked to us about going on tour with "The Queen" as he called her, Beyonce, and mentioned that his new single "I.O.U." (Remix) featuring Wale is out. (Check it here.) He's also starring in Black Nativity with Mary J. Blige and Jennifer Hudson.

The "R&B Divas: L.A." cast took over the London Hotel in West Hollywood last night to celebrate the screening of the premiere (the actual premiere is tonight!) of their brand new TV One spinoff show.  TheYBF.com was on the scene and found out lots of info about the ladies.  Check out what the ladies told us about this upcoming season, plus some inside dish that went down at the event....

They're still fab...and they can still sing circles around more than a few of your new-age faves.  Last night, Dawn Robinson, Michel'le, Lil Mo, Chante Moore, Claudette Ortiz & Kelly Price banded together to kick off the new season of their show "R&B Divas: L.A.".

Dawn, who rocked a dress by 80 Karat, was pretty tightlipped about all the En Vogue drama with her losing the rights to the other ladies to use the name.  But we asked about the drama anyway.

“I can’t tell too much," she told TheYBF.com's correspondent Lauren.  "What I went through with En Vogue. Not putting the girls down but just telling the truth and the facts about what happened to me. I was the courageous one to speak up and because of that, I got ousted. Anytime you’re a whistleblower, you’re a problem.”
 

Chante Moore, looking hot (yes, we're letting her slide on that prom hair full of Pump-It-Up spritz) in a white deep plunging peplum dress and silver Jimmy Choo heels, hopped on the mic at the event to blow people away with her voice that still sounds amazing. 

She was also spotted hugged on and sitting on the lap of a mystery man.  Looks like the twice-divorced diva has moved on once again.  Chante's got a NEW man at home....

Michel'le posed it up in green with Exec. Producer Phil Thornton.  And she also hit the stage to prove that she's still got it live.

But when we attempted to ask the "Something In My Heart" singer about her ex Dr. Dre and his controversy with donating boatloads of money to USC...her NEW boyfriend came in and shut it all down.  Hmmm....we guess she's gone from bossy Suge Knight to yet another bossy fella.  She certainly has a type.

And when we asked her what her purpose for doing the show was, she sid she's just trying to get in where she fits in.

“I just want to let you get to know me because I’ve been dormant for so long," she told us."Longer than any of the other women.”
 

Lil Mo shimmered to the event in a gold & silver sequin mini dress.  After picking up her whole family and hauling them from Maryland to L.A. to switch her career from radio back to music, it seems like a great move for her.

Mo dished to TheYBF.com about her transition saying:

“I’m just a real chick so I’m going to keep it real the whole time. You’ll see my children driving me crazy. You’ll see me reintroducing myself to the music industry and this is a great platform. There’s so much more of my story to tell, how I balance moving to LA from Baltimore, four children, and my husband. You’ll see how I make it work.

Radio is theater of the mind and television is theater in real life. A lot of people liked my personality from being on the radio so now they get to see what they used to hear. And I’m really excited about that.”

Original "R&B Divas" from the initial Atlanta series, Faith Evans (she's a producer on the spinoff too) & Nicci Gilbert, hit up the event to show their support.

And City High's Claudette Ortiz is looking as gorgeous as ever:

Looks like she's come out of hiding with a BANG.  And on the premiere episode which we got to see, you'll see how she backed away from the music business after a couple of failed relationships and having kids, including a relationship with her former bandmate.  She's now a hot MAMA.

Kelly Price, wearing a dress by Knits by Wayne Daniels, is essentially the "Faith Evans" of the group as she tries to get all the girls to perform one big show together.  But the curvy singer has her own agenda for appearing on the show as well.  She tells us she's working with the Curve Your Evolution company to launch a line of jeans for plus size women. The launch will be in New York this October.
 

Kelly, who said she would love to work with singer Bridget Kelly, told us,"Every girl deserves a pair of jeans to feel sexy in.”

But that's not all she's up to.  She's got a new reality show she's doing called "Too Fat For Fame."

She tell us: “Think American Idol meets big Brother. Actors, dancers, models, etc... It's an unscripted reality series and a platform for people who are overweight. Those people who are talented and have doors slammed in their faces because they don’t fit the mold. That is my story today, that was my story 21 years ago, it was my story when it came to start looking for a record deal, and even now. I’ve been turned away from things because I’m too big. Her pops of pink on the feet and lips also works for us...even though we know plenty of people aren't feeling that extra pink lip ladies are rocking these days.

Gabby Union& her man Dwyane Wade just returned from a week long trip to China to promote Dwyane's sneaker company.  And their first red carpet stop after entering the states was last night's ESPY pre-party and "Body Issue" release.  Check out the sexy twosome boo'd up at the party, plus athletes LoLo Jones & Colin Kaepernick also hitting the carpet...

Love, basketball and fashion.  Gabby & Dwyane Wade were about all three last night at The Lure Nightclub in Los Angeles for the ESPY pre-party.  Gabby was hugged up on her man rocking a body hugging grey tank dress that showed off those toned arms, a cute bun and heels.  And D-Wade rocked a Kanye West tee under his blazer that said "Don't Talk About Style."

The effortless cute Gabby rocked a summer fresh face, hair pulled back in a bun and was smiling ear to ear.  Her tv movie Being Mary Jane did serious numbers on BET, she just wrapped the flick Think Like A Man Too in Vegas, she's 40 and barely looks 30, and her NBA champ of a man completely adores her.  We'd be smiling our asses off too.

Wednesday night, the 2013 ESPY Awards went down at Nokia Theater L.A. Live.  And all your fave athletes, their significant others, and more hit the red carpet for one of the biggest nights in professional sports.  Pics inside...

Gabby Union & Dwyane Wade looked like the belle & king of the ball when they hit the carpet.  Gabby in a super sexy and backless deep plunging dress and Dwyane in a suit and tie.

Colin Kaepernick, who's also rocking one of the ESPN Magazine Body Issue covers for 2013, did his best colorblocking with a coral blazer, white button down tuxedo shirt, bright blue pants and red sneakers.  The 49ers QB also received this year's Breakthrough Athlete Award, so he posed it up backstage with Victor Cruz of the NY Giants and singer/actress Selena Gomez. 

Olympic Gold Medalist Gabby Douglas  stays in the much deserved spotlight as she rocked a black bustier dress with a slit int he skirt.  One of the best looks we've seen the 17-year-old in.  Oh, and that hair and makeup is poppin'.

Rappers Snoop and The Game hit up the carpet too.

Celeb fitness expert Jeanette Jenkins was in the right place to pick up new clients..

The Heat champions LeBron James, D-Wade and Ray Allen, with Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra won the Best Game award.  Miami Heat assistant coach David Fizdale, NFL player Russell Wilson and Model Chrissy Teigen were on hand to snap a pic backstage.

ESPN Mag Body Issue cover guy, NBA star Kenneth Fareid, made sure to remind folks of where they first saw him--butt naked and flying through the air with a basketball.

Bill Bellamy and boxer Sugar Shane Mosley hit the carpet together, while boxing chick Laila Ali rocked a purple gown and a golden Farbod Barsum clutch on the carpet:

Ballers Jacoby Jones & Terrell Suggs brought their dates on the carpet.  Jacoby brought his' fab mom along!

Robin Roberts was on hand to receive the prestigious Arther Ashe Courage Award.

"Top Model" alum Yaya Alafia (formerly Dacosta) walked the red carpet for her new film Lee Daniels''The Butler recently, where she showed off her baby bump. Who knew?! See the fab pics inside.....

Yaya Alfia, a season three runner-up for "ANTM" (she was one of our faves but was beaten out by Eva Marcille), walked the red carpet for her latest film, Lee Daniels' The Butler, at last night's red carpet screening at Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia yesterday.

Since "ANTM", Yaya has gone on to create a nice career for herself.  In addtion to marrying Joshua Bee Alafia last year, the mom-to-be has starred in huge films like Tron and the tv series "Ugly Betty" and "All My Children."

Yaya, who's playing the role of Carol Hammie in the film, joked around on the red carpet with her co-star Cuba Gooding Jr, and director Lee Daniels.

We're sure Lee was happy to put the legal battle around the film's name behind him so he could focus on what he does best.....make provocatve films.   Lee Daniels' The Butler hits theaters August 16th.

With her very smokey eyes and pursed pink lips, "ANTM" host and creator Tyra Banks was among the celebs spotted at the Television Critic Association's Summer Press Tour - CBS/CW/Showtime Party in Beverly Hills.  At a first look, chick looked a bit vampy and scary.  Like she woke up with running eye makeup and decided to make it a look.  But it was actually done on purpose.  And....maybe it works for her. 

Maybe.  For the event, a tousled Tyra wore a a black curve hugging lace dress, Walter Steiger Fall 2013 pumps and tassel earrings.

ANTM Cycle 20 starts August 2 and will feature male contestants!  Cycle 20 though?  Sheesh.

"NCIS:  Los Angeles" star LL Cool J sported his signature Kangol.

Emmy winning "House Of Lies" actor Don Cheadle was there with his longtime girlfriend.

Last night, a few of our faves hit up the 2013 Do Something Awards at Avalon in Hollywood.  These awards are all about recognizing those who are doing something to make a difference.  Check out the cast from our new fave show "Hit The Floor" on their hosting duties, plus Jennifer Hudson, J.Cole and more all making appearances.

Before they took the stage to rock out for the VH1 'Do Something' crowd, J-Hud and J.Cole hit the green carpet:

Jenny looked great in her animal print blouse, chain and shorts by Versace.  Not sure if those are stockings with these white shoes (y'all know how we feel about white pumps and white shoes)...but other than those things, we think she's keeping up her fabness these days.

Jenny also took home an award for the work she's done for the Julian D. King Foundation she founded in Chicago in honor of her slain nephew.  She became understandably emotional as she talked about providing much-needed supplies to school children from low-income families.

"I wasn't going to cry, but I'm a cry baby so I can't help it," Jenny said on the awards stage. "It just shows how much it warms my heart to see so many blessed and from our blessings in honor of my nephew...It's one thing to be a celebrity, but it means nothing if you can't help somebody."

It's Lady O!  After debuting her MAJORLY BIG HAIR issue of Oprah Magazine on Monday, she showed up with her own big curls and a custom sequined THEIA cocktail dress for her big premiere for Lee Daniels' The Butler.

The reps from THEIA tell us her dress was fit and altered just hours before the premiere. THEIA's Creative Director, Don O'Neill, had the pleasure of meeting her for the first time. Nice.

Oprah brought her man Stedman along and looked happy as pie about her big premiere.  And we can't even blame her.  Chick has her money and her man.  Work.

Jane Fonda posed it up with the cast members and director Lee.

And Mariah, decked out in Tom Ford, rocked yet another matching arm sling with her look:

Missed a spot with that self tanner but she's still looking cute.

Her hubby Nick Cannon was there for support.

Fantasia brought out the black and gold and metallic leopard pumps.  Not our fave look for her since we noticed she stepped her fashion game up recently and expected a sexy chic look.  But we can appreciate the risk taking....

Co-star Terrence Howard brought his daughter on the carpet amidst horrible reports of him beating up his ex-wife again.

He also posed it up with co-star James Marsden who portrays late & former President JFK.

Keshia Knight Pulliam kept it fab in this black and white number.  Flawless as usual.

Co-star Yaya Alafia brought her baby bump and new hubby to the carpet.

Pregnancy indeed suits her well.  Such a cute baby bump!

Lenny Kravitz brought his real life Godmother, Cicely Tyson, as his date to his big premiere.

"Grey's Anatomy" star Jesse Williams popped up looking delicious.  We feel a bit guilty drooling over a married man.  Just a BIT....

Gayle King brought her daughter Kirby on the carpet for her bestie O's big night.

Star Forest Whitaker kept it dapper on the carpet with his wife Keshia and daughter Autumn at the Regal Cinemas L.A. Live.

The stylish couple made sure to keep it regal last night.  Forest was in head to toe Prada alongside his wife Keisha in a Romona Keveza dress, Jimmy Choo shoes, Paolobongia and Angel Hart jewels and a gold Swarovski clutch.  Lovely looks.  Just wish these weren't the most awkwardly posed pics ever.

Oprah rocked a hot pink long sleeved faux wrap dress for her big Hollywood premiere.  She posed it up with her on screen hubby.

Terrence J. got to interview is idol Oprah on the red carpet.  And he gushed all about it on Twitter saying,"After all these years I finally got to interview my idol, Oprah Winfrey. She was beyond my expectations. I'm inspired, humbled, & motivated."

Co-star Cuba Gooding, Jr. brought his sheer & leather rocking wife Sara on the carpet. 

Actress Kym Whitley, who has her reality show on the OWN network, hit the carpet to support her boss Oprah.

Co-star David Oyelowo, who plays Forest & Oprah's son in the movie, brought his wife Jessica on the carpet.  The two are from England and booked it to L.A. for David's acting career.  And they have two kiddies together.

David posed it up with his co-star Elijah Kelly.

David and his director Lee Daniels hugged it out on the carpet.

Russell Simmons made his way to the premiere to show some support.

The ladies also made appearances--Gladys Knight, Shaun Robinson and Holly Robinson Peete were all there.

The 2013 MTV VMAs were straight outta Brooklyn tonight!  And as the award show returned to New York, the celebs brought their fashion game to the carpet (well, some of them).  Check out our red carpet round up inside...

Never thought we'd say this, but Rita Ora gave us life on the carpet.  And was pretty much the only one to do so.  Outside the Brooklyn Barclays Center in front of MTV's Brooklyn Bridge replica, the "R.I.P." singer hit the carpet in this striking Alexandre Vauthier Couture ensemble. 

The look was complete with a sequin long sleeved deep plunging top, a folded over black & white waist and a dramatic feather skirt with an exaggerated train and a slit up to the whoohah.  But she pulled it off fabulously, esp. with the short blonde bob and black & gold ankle strap Louboutins.

Yep, loving it.  Something we would actually expect from Rihanna, who showed up in jeans and a tee.

She strutted through the Barclays center after jetting through the red carpet in an MC Lyte "Gotta Get A Ruff Neck" tee, her own Rihanna for River Island jeans, and a Lynn Ban diamond cuff.

Ashanti popped up in her signature high slit curve hugging gown by Michael Castillo paired with Lorraine Schwartz jewels.. This seafoam green look is all the rage for the season.

And she pulls it off nicely.

The Smith kids made their way to the red carpet after been driven there with dad Will. Willow kept it trendy in denim G-Star overalls paired with a vintage ‘The Runaways’ tee and Givenchy ‘Shark Lock’ wedge booties. Must be nice to be wearing Givenchy before you even hit your teenage years.

Her big brother Jaden rocked a simple Alexander Wang black tee, his own MSFTSrep’s signature jogging pants and Nike sneakers.

Big Sean and girlfriend Naya Rivera showed up in all black. Naya rocked a vintage Paco Rabanne cut out dress for a sleek look. And Sean looked like he was playing dress up in his uncle's clothes, as usual.

Danity Kane made their "big comeback" announcement.  The girl group made their first official appearance together and confirmed they are doing this WITHOUT Diddy....

Jennifer Hudson looked fabulous in this Christian Dior number, composed of a houndstooth corset and a pencil skirt with a draped embellishment at the waist.  Sexy.

Robin Thicke and Paula Patton, in a sleek black Lever Couture Fall 2011 gown and Giuseppe Zanotti heels, made their way to the carpet looking like a couple who just gets it in all the time.  The parents of little Julian showed up looking hot as Robin was on the slate to perform his hit song "Blurred Lines." 

No word on whether Paula tapped Miley on her shoulder backstage about all that twerking she did on her husband's privates....

Kendrick Lamar hit the carpet before performing with "Give It To You" with Robin Thicke.

YBF chicks Keri Hilson and Bianca Lawson hit the carpet for the premiere of Riddick last night in Hollywood.  Check out the ladies, plus Vin Diesel and others celebrating the flick inside...

Last night at the Mann Village Theatre in Westwood, California, Keri Hilson showed of her sexy braids and even sexier bod on the red carpet for the movie she co-stars in alongside Vin Diesel, Riddick.

The fab chick flew solo without her man, NBA baller Serge Ibaka.  She's looking fab these days.

Another fab chick, "Pretty Little Liars" co-star Bianca Lawson, also came out to support the Universal Pictures flick.  Great color blue for her.

And Vin Diesel, who stars as Riddick himself, hit the carpet with his hot girlfriend, model Paloma Jimenez.  He's also about to start working on Fast 7 in Atlanta.

And co-star Bokeem Woodbine is still in this acting game.  Who knew.

It was a fete fit for lovers of 1920's fashion and good tv.  VH1 star and stylist to the stars June Ambrose hosted the season 3 kick off of "Boardwalk Empire" at the Ziegfeld Theater last night in Manhattan and after party at Cipriani 42nd St.  And it also just happens to coincide with the upcoming kick off of NY Fashion Week.

June kept it gorge in an Alberta Ferreti frock, sexy Walter Steiger shoes and her Tom Ford clutch for the Roaring 20's themed event.

NY Knick Tyson Chandler, rocking a Docle & Gabbana suit, and his wife Kimberly made a golden arrival.

Tristan Wilds, aka Mack Wilds, was there to support.

Actor Jeffrey Wright made an appearance.

Tristan posed it up with singer Monifah.

And can you guess who this is in the short bob cut?  It's Felicia "Snoop" Pearson from "The Wire"!  She donned a wig the whole night for the event and did some fun photobooth shots with her crew.  And she reunited with her former co-stars Michael K. Williams--who now stars on "Boardwalk Empire" and Tristan.
